I received amazing customer service from the assistant manager, Harsh. He got me tires installed the next day when most other shops were going to make me wait a week, not reasonable when there’s snow falling. The tires are excellent as well but I could’ve bought them anywhere. What really made the difference was the Incredible customer service, which is harder and harder to find nowadays.
