2016, F150, Gen One 3.5 Ecoboost, 4x4 with over 485,000 kilometers. Never had an oil or fuel related problem. I live in Hamilton and was assured by a friend that I wouldn't regret the 1.5 hour drive to leave my 0.001% engine with them. Dave assigned Gage to replaced my exhaust manifolds with the upgraded BD Diesel kit. He removed 2 broken bolts without outsourcing it. The way they do in Hamilton. Extremely disappointing experience with Fountain Tire London — would not go back I went to Fountain Tire for an emissions system fault and was charged over $600 after they replaced the vapor canister purge solenoid valve and other parts. Unfortunately, the same fault returned later. I took the vehicle to another shop, where they replaced the valve and showed me that the valve previously installed was not functioning properly, with air leaking through it when it shouldn’t have been.
