I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment and spoke with Justin Lal. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. After inspecting my vehicle, I was told they couldn’t perform the alignment due to a cracked frame, which I completely understand. Ryan and his team have very helpful and informative everytime I have gone in. Including recently helping out on a last minute valve stem issue with our RV. They are my go to tire shop.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. I’ve been here twice, and both times I was given wrong information and pushed to replace tires unnecessarily. The first time was for a tire balance and rotation. When I picked up my car, it was shaking badly. I went back and was told all my tires were “bad” and needed replacement. I took the car to another shop, where they found the real issue in minutes: a small piece of foam inside one tire had come loose. They removed it and the problem was completely fixed.
