I came in to have my exhaust heat shield fastened because it was making rattling sounds while driving. I didn't have an appointment and Scott was able to have my vehicle get diagnosed right away. An hour later, the technician already fixed the problem. Very professional and excellent customer service!
Great staff
I’m really disappointed with my experience. The fees I was charged felt way too high, and when I tried to explain my situation and ask if there was any flexibility, I felt like I wasn’t treated with much understanding or respect. As a younger customer, I was hoping for more patience and kindness, but instead the interaction felt harsh and unfriendly. Customer service should be fair and respectful, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.
