Don’t bother booking an appointment, I drove across town on my only day off for them to tell me they’re too busy to do a quick tire change over. A phone call would’ve been nice to let me know you’re way overbooked

I had a sour experience with a man with glasses. I don't know his name but he lacked good customer service. Was very rude and nasty. We had a conversation about taking a foreign object from my tires which I bought with fountain tires. I was told it's under warranty.I was surprised when they asked me to pay 49.3 dollars to remove the foreign object on the tires. They never told me I would be charged and in the course of this conversation with him, and asking for a reduction in price. He was unwilling and spoke nasty and state... read more
