I have been a loyal customer of this Fountain Tire for 20 years, but since the recent change in ownership, things have changed. I brought in a tire I purchased only 5 months ago for a slow leak. Historically, bead repairs were covered under the purchase warranty. Not only did they try to charge me $40 for the repair, but they also charged me $5 for a lug nut that they stripped. Went today got 4 new tires and an oil change. Paid 139.00 for an oil change and they didn't top up my washer fluid. Never have I had an oil change where they don't top up the fluids. Very disappointed. Otherwise they were great and friendly
Got studded winter tires put on my vehicle for a good price. Night and day difference on ice. Awesome job!
