We were looking to have our tires replaced on our travel trailer for our upcoming trip to Fernie from Cochrane. First of all Ralph was able to give us the time slot we needed (first thing early morning). Then we were 15 minutes late due to a downpour of rain , he was fine with the delay , two fellows took off the existing tires and then proceeded to replace with the new ones ! My Dodge Campervan (1999) had two different different model sets of Tires (front 2022 and back 2017). Due to timing, I ended up tried calling Fountain Tires in Cochrane if they were able to replace my tires. I talked to Damian. After checking the tires, Damian suggested just replace the rear tire and put the old as spare instead of buying a new tire as spare. He could have sold me 4 new tires and spare but Damian made suggestions that saved me money. He also found the same tires as the front tires for the rear - now the driv... read more
I will not recommend this store. My 18 year old daughter blew a tire on her car while away at work in Cochrane. The sales guy she talked to was super rude and dismissive to her, fortunately the manager was much better to deal with. I would avoid this business until they can get better sales people!
