My car died on me at Crystal Glass on a Friday afternoon. They recommended Fountain Tire for any minor repairs, as Erol's is closed on weekends. Not only did the guys at Fountain Tire agree to take my car without an appointment, but they picked it up for me from Crystal Glass (who replaced my windshield a day early), diagnosed my drained battery, which they assured did not need replacing, charged it overnight and didn't charge me a anything! I have bought my last two sets of tires here, always top notch service and extra attention/information given which is very much appreciated. I am also now doing oil changes, and other mechanical things, as they have fully gained my trust. I had an issue on Friday afternoon with one of my tires, I was stuck downtown Calgary in a parkade, and Ralph went WAY above and beyond to help me out. Grateful the crew at fountain tire was able to fit us in on a Saturday of the long weekend. A flat tire and 3 small kids in tow, made my day to have them quickly fix the issue and have us on our way.
Had some tire issues, the staff was very professional and got my vehicle and I back on the road. The staff brought back what customer have been missing. Excellent customer service. Keep up the great customer service.
