I had a fantastic experience at Fountain Tire Sherwood Park. I came in without an appointment, and within an hour, I was out the door with brand new tires. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for any future work. I’ll also be spreading the word to friends and family about the excellent service I received today!
My first experience at a car shop that was positive-woot woot!! Was efficient and the people explained things to me in a way I could understand. I had a great experience recently at Fountain Tire Sherwood Park. As a woman, I’m always a bit skeptical to drop my vehicle off at a mechanic’s even though I was about 90% sure I knew what the problem was. They diagnosed my vehicle in a timely manner, provided me with the solution which was what I thought it was originally. They gave me the price to repair and also said that if possible they would try to save a part so that it would be a lower price.
