Had a great experience at Fountain Tire - Kaska Road! Was in a bit of a pickle with a sudden hole/leak in one of my tires. I came in and spoke to Dustin who was very welcoming, explained the process and told me where I could wait with my dog. The service was quick and I was out in no time. Special shout out to the owner Ro for chatting with us and also making us feel welcome in the shop. Thank you! Highly recommend for excellent communication and professional service.
I had a really awesome experience here a little over a week ago. A sidewall blew out on one of the tires on my wife's vehicle late in the afternoon. We were supposed to head out on a big road trip the next morning, so the situation was rather dire. This Fountain Tire was the only shop nearby that wasn't closing right away.
