One star, and only because zero isn't an option. My wife called this location to ask for a quote on replacing the AC radiator in our vehicle. Instead of a price, she got mocked and talked down to by the person on the phone for "not knowing the AC system doesn't have a radiator." She hung up in tears. Here's the kicker: she was right. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Had tires purchased from them to be put on rims (purchased elsewhere) was seamless. Issue with hug centric ring not fitting. Also needed some lug nuts for different car. Bought from there cheaper than anywhere else in town including Canadian tire. Will be buying new rims and tires for our 2nd vehicle this spring.

I had a great experience buying tires here this summer, but! Today, my valve stem was loose and leaking air - I went to fountain tire east with no appointment. The man at the desk came out and fixed my stem issue immediately, and he then had a tech inside the shop come top up the air that I had lost. They didnt charge me a dime. They had no clue that I bought the tires there which shows how truly kind this act was. Thank you! You have my business for however long I live in Regina.
