Never come to this place. Over 2.5 hours to replace a tri- trailer tire. This is the slowest tire replacement I have had in over 25 years of driving big trucks. 1 star is too many stars for fountain tire in Slave Lake, Alberta

Hubby wanted to get his tires done and as per usual making an appointment never seems to cross his mind. We dealt with Joshua who was very accommodating and we were given excellent service. All the employees there are pleasant to deal with and will return for future purchases. Thankyou for such service!
I have been taking my SUV to Fountain Tire for years and have never had a less than very good experience there.
I worked there for 4 years, just got fired. all the other reviews are correct. It will take all day to unload your truck most of the time. The management is incompetent. If you are looking for a job, please do not work here. you will not have a good time
i bought four tires with a 100k warranty for them. 16k into the tire lifespan, a tire blows out, I bring it to them, they acknowledge that the tire is under warranty, but refuse to replace it unless I change all four at a cost equal to the original 4, citing liability of having one newer tire compared to the rest, therefore refusing to honor the warranty. Fountain Tire, West Kelowna, is a wonderful business. Passing through from Calgary, I had an issue with squealing front driver's side, and they fit me in and fixed the issue very quickly. I'm very grateful they were able to do this before my trip back home. Highly recommend them!
