I got a flat tire on my way from Yellowknife and they were able to Source me out the same size tire had a pretty good discount when I picked it up I guess they ended up giving that tire away to inventory the day before so they just price matched me with another tire without any question I was able to get in and out right away with purchasing the tire it was super convenient they were all very polite and professional and the store manager going above and beyond thank you very much
“First come first serve we will get u in right away” 6 hrs later still nothing. Do not recommend if ur in a hurry. Time management very poor. Service workers give the same right away speech. Had to put my own compressor on the truck cause it sat so long tire was flat and they couldn’t reach it with air hose. Absolute joke. Never again go anywhere else for better service.
Super fast service at the spur of the moment. I thought we only needed two tires, but realized when we brought our vehicle here, we needed all of them replaced. Fountain Tire got our vehicle in quickly and the service was done well. Bonus, the tires were on sale. Thank you Fountain Tire.

I was travelling to Dawson City on my 2001 Goldwing Motorcycle when I was loosing air in my front tire due to a damaged valve stem. I contacted 2 local motorcycle shops who blew me off eventho I was removing the front wheel myself. I dropped into Fountain Tire and explained my situation to the service manager. He smiled and told me to remove my wheel which took me 15 mins. He personally installed a new valve stem for me in 5 mins. (No Kidding) I was totally impressed. Great tire shop.
