Whoever answered the phone today(February 18th at 10:59AM) was extremely disrespectful and didn't seem like he wanted to help us out. Had to go to a different tire shop because of this guy
The auto response they give is just posturing, I wrote to them a week ago as they requested and I still haven't heard anything. Dishonest garage. Went in to have them fix something, couple of hours later they let me know I am good to go but that they have changed one of my high beam bulbs that "burnt out". I told them I did not authorize that work and I wasn't going to pay, especially because my car notifies me when a light is burnt out and there was no such notification on my dash. They wouldn't give me my keys until I paid... read more
Very thankful for the staff at Fountain Tire! Their kindness and professionalism made a very stressful situation so much easier. Had all four of my tires changed out very quickly!
