Last Thursday I ended up with a flat while out with my two year old. In a panic I went to the closest tire shop but I ended up getting beyond terrible service - this was Kal tire in Cloverdale - rude staff, concerns shrugged off and after 10 minutes with my car told me my tire was unfixable and started quoting me tires. That didn't sit well with me, there was no way that wasn't fixable, plus the tires were only a few months old so decided to get a second opinion. Chris, Brayden, Inder Adi did a great job on my fleet! I’ve been to other shops (severely disappointed) these guys exceed my expectations every time with knowledge and expertise! I’ll always be coming back!
Been coming here for years now. But this time, the experience was over the top. The car i had them work on is a air bagged evo 10. With adjustable controls arms ect. I had dropped my car off at another name brand tire shop as thry are across from where i work" starts with a K" and they called me back saying they can't do the alignment as my tie rods are worn. Fountain tire is absolutely amazing! Chris and Inder are some of the most wonderful people to deal with. They worked on both my personal and work vehicle and have done an amazing job! I will be recommending all friends and family to this place! I will never take my car anywhere else and the customer service is out of this world!
