Fountain Tire really stepped up to the plate and fully addressed my concerns. They’ve always gone above and beyond to show appreciation for me as a loyal customer, every visit has been consistently 5-star, and I truly value the service and care they provide.
Fountain tire is absolutely amazing! Chris and Inder are some of the most wonderful people to deal with. They worked on both my personal and work vehicle and have done an amazing job! I will be recommending all friends and family to this place! I will never take my car anywhere else and the customer service is out of this world!
June 17, 2025 and Aug 13, 2025 (see below) Chris, the owner of Fountain Tire Langley just replaced my brake pads and rotors with OEM parts so as to be compatable with the Brambo calipers. Couldn't be happier with the results, not to mention the price. The quote from the dealership was MORE THAN DOUBLE what Chris at Fountain Tire charged me for the exact same parts and part numbers. If you want a shop that pretends to listen but does nothing about your concerns, this is your place. They talk a good game about “servicing your needs” and “putting customers first,” but when it comes time to follow through, the care disappears.
