Recently, we were driving through on our way home, stopped by because we had a tire issue and although they couldn’t get us in the gentleman at the desk, made a couple calls and found us somewhere that could get us in right away so that we could continue on with our trip.
I was traveling from south sask back to Calgary and noticed a thick wire in my tire. I stopped at another well-known cad tire shop and they wouldn't even look at me. Greg at Fountain tire came right out to check it, the soap test bubbled so for sure it was losing air, and he got me right in for repair on the spot!! They were very fast and friendly and I highly recommend!
New ownership changed the place for the better.
Went in at opening to have a tire patched and was told it was going to be a 3 hr wait at the least to get it done. I was the only one there. Went down the street and got fixed no wait. I’m sure they are doing what they can but only tire shop I know that doesn’t do emergency repair.
They would not mount a tire that we would buy from them. Said one week wait
