We had an issue with a higher end tire that Jackie was what you want from a CSR. Efficient, concise and extremely helpful. We were on holiday and she sourced and delivered on her promise. Also all the staff at this location were helpful and the waiting room comfortable. The techs were polite and trustworthy and I was fortunate to be near here to have such a good experience This is the place to get your Tires in Huntsville.
I got a flat and had to get to work. No, my car doesn't come with a spare (don't get me started ), so I called Fountain Tire an hour before they closed in a bit of a panic. Not only did they make time for me on a busy Saturday morning, but the conversation between staff and customers while I waited was genuinely kind and engaging. Best of all, they got it done - quick patch, courteous service, and they even stayed open an extra 20min to make it happen! I only wish I had more stars to give
Very friendly and helpful staff! Water and coffee available in waiting area. We were on vacation and had a nail in a tire, the issue was looked at the same day.
