Stopped here yesterday and got a on-the-spot appointment to get my new tires mounted to my wheels. I noticed that my wheels were facing the wrong way when my truck was done (i have directional wheels very rare). I brought it up to them and they put their next job on hold for me to make sure it was done right no questions asked! Passing thru town and had a tpms sensor that kept losing connection with the truck. One quick call and Devon told me to come on down to the shop. Fast friendly service at a decent price. I would happily deal with these guys again.
We stopped here on our Yukon trip because we heard an unhealthy noise coming from a wheel. The guys checked it out for us and after a diagnosis they reassured us our campervan was safe to drive but would need repairs eventually. This was so appreciated. Fountain Tire anywhere is always amazing to work with!
My brother had a punctured tire and when we took it to a repair shop, they said the tire cannot be fixed and is nearing end of its life! Thankfully, we contacted this location and spoke with Devon who was super helpful and very friendly. He ended up fixing the tire and assured us that there was no more issue. This is by far the best experience we have had at a Fountain Tire location. Thank you so much Devon!! We truly appreciate your kind and courteous behavior.
