While filling up my tire, the valve stem started leaking air like crazy. I went to Kal Tire and they said they can't help me so I called Fountain Tire and they said come on over. As soon as I showed up the most lovely man at the front desk went with me to my car right away and he replaced the valve stem and filled the tire back up. THANK YOU AGAIN SO SO MUCH!!

The front desk men at this Fountain Tire are very helpful, kind, and honest about their work and the mechanics did a wonderful job assessing my vehicle and fixing my broken cigarette lighter, and etc. As a woman with just basic vehicle knowledge, I become intimidated to enter these kinds of stores, but I felt welcomed and respected, and they were honest about what they could and couldn't do for me, according to my budget, and the job was well done. I feel more safe on the road thanks to Dawson's Fountain Tire workers!
