The alternator in my Jeep stopped working as I was traveling through Whitecourt. Their staff were able to get me parts last minute on a Friday and had me all fixed up by Saturday afternoon! They saved me from being stranded or paying a tow bill worth my first born child! Their labour costs are a bit high but better than nothing.
Awful… I purchased two sets of tires, and two trailer tires and at the time they were unable to offer any sort of discount. Literally, would not take $10 off. Fast forward a year and I had a simple flat repair. A nail in a tire that I purchased from them and they charged me $46.27 for the repair. Products and work was fine, but jeez they gouge.
