Service has really went down hill lost us as customers
I booked an appointment for new tires in Didsbury. I figured I travel to Didsbury for every other service that I would try vehicle services there. They ordered my tires in for me and had me come in all within a couple of days. They were quick, super nice and also did a little inspection to see what the brakes and all that stuff behind the wheels looked like. I will most definitely be back!
I had new winter tires put on yesterday at a different tire shop. Today I was in Didsbury and one of the new tires had gone flat. Kelly was so kind and helpful. He assessed the tire and filled it for me so I could get back to have the original shop to fix it. I’ll be back to Fountain Tire for my next set of tires. Thank-you so much!
Ran over a nail when I stopped through Didsbury and I had the best experience with the helpful staff at fountain tire! Highly reccommend the staff and the service was so quick and easy! Thanks again guys for patching my tire on the fly!!
