Having been dealing with fountain tire for 25 years. Kent was always cheery, smiling and happy to see you. These new people are rude, ignorant and think they are manly to be the smartest, in the room, with smart ass comments. That’s ok for your smart ass tractor tire comment, I won’t be back and Lloydminster isn’t big enough to hide in. So continue with your great customer service!!!!!
I booked an appointment to get my front right tire got went there got it done broke a few blocks away and they messed up with the wheel balancing weights, it would hit my calliper everytime the wheel rotated. Went back got it fixed after waiting for 30 minutes for them to get my car in the bay again. Went back the next day to get the front left done this time, and car felt very off. Come to find out apparently they didn’t tighten my lug nuts at all. and now 2 are missing aswell was with the locking wheel nuts. Absolutely hor... read more
