The manager chuck went above and beyond for me in a time of need that may have caused me more damage in the long run if he wasn’t able to squeeze me in and diagnose my engine problem. And a huge shout out to the front counter staff they are awesome to. Chat with and have a great sense of humour!
The owners and employees at Fountain Tire Penticton are amazing. They do my twice-yearly tire swaps, regular maintenance, and urgent fixes. They also contribute to several worthwhile organizations in Penticton. Terrific group of people!
Came in for what I thought would be a quick tire swap and ended up waiting almost two hours, even though I had an appointment. When they finally got to my car, they didn’t even put the right tire pressure in—one was way overinflated and the other was low, so my dash light came on as soon as I drove off. When I asked them to fix it, the woman at the counter acted annoyed like I was the problem. Dropped into Fountain Tire this morning. Needed some air in a tire. Adam looked after it quickly and checked the others to be sure. He's only been there for a few months but he looked me quickly and made sure that Fountain was there for my tire needs. Excellent customer service.
