Amazing crew, hard working and lovely people. More than once I've been able to get in there last minute for unexpected car troubles. The team is great at explaining what work needs to be done and why. I fully trust them and appreciate their services very much!!
I had a travel trailer tire blow out while on the road and stopped by Fountain Tire in Penticton for help. Thankfully, they had the exact replacement tire I needed in stock, which saved me a lot of stress and downtime. The service was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond by carrying the new tire and rim and loading it into the back of my truck for me. Needed a quick fix on the weekend (thermostat leaking coolant) - every other shop said they were too busy. This place was packed too, but Chuck and Shawna said they’d help me out and got everything sorted right away. Great folks - figured I better leave ‘em a 5 star!
