Great customer service, managed to not only find the exact tire we needed, in the right budget, held it for us and had it mounted and ready within 10 minutes. Would recommend to everyone. 👍🏻
This IS the place to go for tire service. They were priced right, and the service was great. The team was polite, professional and excellent to deal with. They ran into some issues with my service, which happens from time to time, but they went above and beyond to make it right, and they did phenomenally. This is the best customer service I have ever received in the entire Okanagan.
Dean came to the rescue in Oliver last weekend. we got a flat tire at the Wine village with a bachelorette party. He was quick, personable and so very helpful. He took our flat to be patched and put on our spare. The next morning on our way to float down the canal the shop was very prompt in patching our tire and remounting it good as new, so we could be on our way! Thanks for making an unfortunate situation so seamless to deal with!
We do all our maintenance with Fountain Tire in our home city. We found ourselves in a bind with our car tire on the day we needed to drive home. This location was AMAZING. The gentlemen working here are wonderful. So helpful, used common sense and went out of their way to honor the appointment time and get us on the road.
