I had two disappointing experiences at Fountain Tire that raise serious concerns about their attention to detail and integrity. On my first visit, the technician used an impact gun on my vehicle’s security key lug nuts. The technician should have felt the socket clearly not seating flush or properly, yet this went unnoticed. When I got home and retorqued the tires myself, I discovered that the metal on multiple key lug nuts had been sheared off.
