I had two disappointing experiences at Fountain Tire that raise serious concerns about their attention to detail and integrity. On my first visit, the technician used an impact gun on my vehicle’s security key lug nuts. The technician should have felt the socket clearly not seating flush or properly, yet this went unnoticed. When I got home and retorqued the tires myself, I discovered that the metal on multiple key lug nuts had been sheared off. The guys are great here. I came 5 minutes to close with a tire repair, and they got to working on it asap. Although my tire wasn’t fixable, they made sure my spare was all torqued up and filled at the proper psi.
Brad and his crew are always amazing to work with. They are our preferred place to go for any work that our company, farm, and personal vehicles need.
