Very disappointing experience. Instead of fixing my car, the issue became worse after their service. Communication was poor throughout, and the staff seemed unprofessional. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this place.
I pray that you don't get your tire blown out in the middle of nowhere, closer to New Liskeard. But if you do, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! RANDY AND STEVEN ARE LEGENDS AND REALLY NICE PEOPLE! THEY KNOW TIRES AND KNOW IT WELL!!
Twice now we have ordered tires and they have not arrived in time for our appointment. First time they were delayed a week and then only had 3/4. We had to wait ANOTHER week for the last one. Second time we ordered over a week in advance after we got a hole in one, went to our appointment with my husband due to leave for night shift in 4 hours to get told that it wasn’t in. Canceled the order and went somewhere else.
My grandmother and I arrived beyond stress, with our car shaking going over 75km. They immediately got us in and took a look. Like other people it happened to just be snow. The cleaned off all the snow for us, test driving it to make sure.We were able to get back on the road in no time and it’s been smooth since. Great, friendly, and efficient customer service . Highly recommend!
My car was shaking alot while getting to 80km they got me as soon as they could, next morning and took a quick look. It happened to be alot alot of snow. They showed me and offered to removed all the snow and cleaned it up underneath for me. Was very helpful and kind. Thank you very nice customer service.
