The team at Fountain Tire Okotoks is truly exceptional. They've supported me through every issue I’ve had with my aging car, always taking the time to explain things thoroughly and clearly outlining the costs. Their professionalism and care have been consistent throughout. Edit: The owner is good enough to bump my review to five stars. He contacted me immediately to remedy the concerns I listed. Been here quite a few times recently. I will say the owner is great. Very honest and personable. The people at the front desk were hit and miss. The one person got all crabby and offended whenever I asked a question. The other was quite friendly. Having heard some odd noise on my 2003 Matrix, I popped into Fountain Tire at 7:30 am and immediately had two fellows check tire pressure and the exhaust. They explained the issue with a leak in the exhaust and gave me an ok to drive five hours home to get it fixed. Excellent service. Thanks!
