Needed a tire mounted and balanced on a clean rim. I also expected it to be installed on the vehicle as have been riding around on the small spare for a few days. Apparently no time to install it and no weights on rim so unsure if it was even balanced. Cost was already at the high end and typically would include r&r wheel from vehicle and r&r tire from rim too. Just disappointing as I know it would have been different at a few other places but a decision was made to try here for more convenience. Live and learn.
Blew a tire out traveling across country. They were able to bring in a special sizing within 24hrs and get me back on the road quick. If you run into unexpected troubles, give Jess and the team a shot. They did not disappoint.
High level service, dropped my trailer at lunch and picked it up after work. Talk to Roman out there. Recommend!
