Bunch of jerks . My sister had a flat tire . I get it Friday afternoon is busy but they said they might be a hour and a half at best call a tow tuck . No tow trucks available so I thought they would be the best bet . I am two hours away and thought my sister was in good hands . However fountain tire jerks decided to just call her after two hours and say they can’t come . Useless thanks for leaving a woman on the side of the road 5 km away !!! I have one finger for you !
Terrible customer service. Guy on the phone talked to me like I was an idiot. Over a simple question. I simple yes or no we can’t help would’ve been a better way to handle it
The are not doing there job on safety a vehicle the suspension was all warn out on the still past the safety. There was no moffler on the vehicle.There were no mod flaps, they still passed their vehicle.No problem

Had my car repaired. Told them about the handbrake, wiggling during driving, check engine light, oil change, and a general inspection. Paid nearly $1800 altogether, got it back August 1 after about a week and a half which was reasonable. Additional parts were ordered. However, check engine light is still on. In my dad's words, they allegedly refused to take another look and that the staff almost didnt wanna deal with him. The car's wiggling problem during driving was also not solved.
