Terrible customer service. Randy, the shop owner, promised my winter tires would be covered under warranty. A couple of months later, one tire burst and he refused to honor that promise. I ended up paying nearly full price for a replacement, and he still wouldn’t mount it for me. I strongly advise avoiding this shop.

I had a garden tractor tire with a small puncture. I found the hole, marked it and brought the wheel with me. Called Fountain tire downtown and was quoted $14.00. I was closer to the east store and so went in there, where I was told flat repairs start at $20.00 plus materials. Same company VERY different pricing. I fixed it myself for $6.00. Pretty sad that a tire store can't quote a flat repair any more...
Fantastic service as always from Randy and Lorne. I’ve been bringing my work and personal vehicles here for a bit now and I am always impressed with the care and attention to detail by the team.
