They quickly helped us out to identify and correct what was thankfully a minor issue and didn’t charge us. Will definitely return when we need their services.
Picked out tires online and booked an appointment to have them installed. Tires were listed as in stock and the online process indicated that I was reserving them. Received multiple text communications from this store both confirming the appointment and then appointment reminders. Called the store several days prior to confirm the appointment. I initially had a frustrating experience here but the customer service really amazed me with how quickly they can rectify a situation! Big thank you to the owner and staff of the Fountain Tire in Sault Ste. Marie.
Cody lied too me saying I needed new breaks and rotors that would cost 1325$ according to Cody who does not seem too understand much as he or whoever else was working on my truck also cracked my rims without letting me know when I came to pick up my truck it was cracked and the parts missing it looks like he used an air gun to put it back on like a knobhead 😂 .when an honest mechanic said I just needed new calliper pins . Bonjour, je voulais féliciter l’équipe pour nous avoir bien reçu lors de notre mésaventure en véhicule récréatif la semaine dernière.
