Hey guys, follow up to my other post. They wanted me to reach out it did, zero response. Since the original post I found out, my passenger side coils for my spark plugs where all loose to the post there was a half inch gap between the seat and the coils. They told me they took them all off to test, guess they didn't get around to tighten them. I've been here twice, and the staff has always provided excellent service. They are professional, prompt, and reliable. Shoutout to Marty who helped me today. Switching tires has always been a time-consuming and stressful process for me, but he saved me from all of that with one quick phone call. Made my day infinitely better.
They will charge you over $1000 to give you back a vehicle that not only still has the same problem, but new ones caused by their “mechanics”.
