Excellent service. Recently we needed our tires swapped over an upcoming road trip. Doing this on a work day is always a panic as the vehicle is crucial for us. Knowing the crew put a rush on it towards the end of their day and the owner even went above to ensure it was done really shows how they go the extra mile. Thank you for making sure we were able to pick the truck up in time to load it up. You took a very stressful situation and put my mind at ease. I'll continue to use Fountain Tire for all my wheel and tire needs.
I keep giving them chances and being disappointed… I’ve had issues over the years with poor quality service (improper wear patterns after installs) but this year I thought I would save some time and have them do my seasonal switch on both vehicles. Last week they randomly push my appointment back half an hour the morning of. So I roll with it.
