I went to fountain Tire in Ponoka and I needed an alignment for my truck I took it the first time and they said that I needed a whole bunch of parts they told me it would have been 2500 for the labor and the parts that's way too much so I got the parts myself and put them on and I went back only because they charged me $25 the last time and they said I could use it as a credit the alignment was $160 and I asked does that include the $25 you guys charge me last time saying it was credit he said no that's if you paid the $2,50... read more

We can’t thank the team at Fountain Tire Ponoka enough! We had a blowout on QEII and called at 4:08 p.m. on a Friday, after changing the tire on the side of the highway, hoping we weren’t totally stuck. Instead, they told us to come right in. Sudden flat tire on road from Edmonton to Calgary… got us in immediately. Fixed up and on the road in 45 minutes. 👍👍👍
Come in off the highway with a trailer flat.. Limped in and place was packed, they thought would be an hour.. hey no problem, thanks! Within minutes they got a guy on it, had it mounted and changed within 15 minutes and got me rolling down the road again. Great crew of guys, unbelievable customer service, and all around appreciation for running and being such a top notch shop… big thank you to all the staff and management.
