I needed to get my tires balanced while on a trip to the north of the island, they got it done in no time with no appointment.
We called on Friday at 4:15 to book a tire change. They needed to be ordered in and scheduled us for the following Tuesday at 11am. We live 2.5 hours away and brought it in Tuesday at 11 as scheduled. They took our keys and said it would take about 1.5 hours. We came back around 12:30 and it hadn’t been done because they hadn’t received the tires.
