Went into Fountain Tire because we got a flat. It took these geezers and hour and half to tell us that they didn’t have our tire size in stock. Not cool!
Outstanding service every time I’ve been here. A mechanic installed my struts incorrectly. The shop gave me detailed photos and documentation and fixed the problem for less than the original repair. I’ve also bought tires here and the service is on point. They are helpful and honest. Never over selling me.

In May of 2026, I purchased 4 new tires for my Ford F350 from Fountain Tire - Campbell River, and had them install those tires. The staff were friendly, and I initially thought the service was good. However, when I subsequently took my vehicle to a Ford dealer for the next scheduled maintenance, the Ford dealer was unable to remove the hub caps without breaking them, because Fountain Tire - Campbell River apparently had broken the clips that secure the hub caps, and instead of replacing the clips, they apparently glued the c... read more
