Excellent shop, great customer service! Unfortunately we ran into a little "hiccup", it happens, we're all human. What impresses me is how honest and humble they are. They did an amazing job of resolving the "hiccup", and showed me a high level of respect that I have not felt from businesses in over a decade. Due to some problems with brakes in the middle of a road trip, I had to come in half and hour to closing. Despite that, my partner and I were treated with a truly exceptional customer service experience and my problems fixed before closing. Staff were experienced, kind, friendly and efficient. Even their service rep (pictured below) was extraordinary! Thank you so much!

I stopped late in the day on a stormy winter Friday. He fit me in as I had a very low tire, not sure if I had a nail in it, but I still had 1.5 hrs to drive. No nail, but fantastic service.I highly recommend Fountain Tire North Battleford.
Awesome customer service! Had to take my daughter to Saskatoon for a track meet but the weather was bad and we didn't have winter tires. Found us a great set of tires and squeezed us in right away so we could leave within the hour safely! So appreciative!
