My family and I were travelling from Kelowna back home to Sherwood Park, AB. Our tire lost pressure entering Golden, we put air in the tire and kept moving. We got to the falls about 20 minutes out of golden and lost tire pressure again. We headed back to Golden and Fountain Tire got us in immediately and found a cracked rim. They took the tire that was new off of the cracked rim so that we could bring that home with us and also put our spare on. Was passing through Golden on vacation and had a flat on my travel trailer. The staff here were fast in getting me a replacement mounted. Decent price as well.
Terrible service
I'm sure they are great (as I find many Fountain Tires are), but we blew a tire west of Golden and they had no tires available to get us back to Alberta.
