Booked an appointment for new tires 2 weeks in advance. Got multiple texts confirming the appointment. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am, guy at the desk said everything was good. Got a call an hour later saying their computer booked a repair bay instead of tire bay so they couldn’t do my tires and I’d have to rebook. Sounds like a you problem not a me problem, but whatever.
