They said they could provid cattering for gluten free and vegetarian guests, and the deposit would be �750, �250 being for food and the rest refundable if minimum spend was reached. 2 weeks before the party, I sent 5 messages and emails over 6 days trying to confirm catering for dietary restrictions, which received no reply.
