I have to comment again about our property manager, Glenn Fitch. With the 100 degree heat wave we’ve had this summer, Glenn had the foresight to maintain our a/c system BEFORE the worst of the weather. Fountain Square and my unit have been an oasis from the oven outside. Thank you Glenn. Fountain Square is the perfect place to live. It is right on the Riverwalk and located in downtown Elgin. I lived at Fountain Square for 2 years and absolutely loved the apartment and the location. The 1 bedroom was spacious with high end finishes with minimal/no maintenance work during the 2 years. Property Manager Glenn Fitch has been of great assistance throughout my stay. Everyone in the building has been warm and cheerful, and I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who decides to stay in Elgin.
