Fountain Square is awesome place to live. I have lived here since 1998. The HOA has improved the property tremendously. I have had 3-4 visitors comment how beautiful the property is.
This is a hidden gem with high quality management, a strong HOA , great maintenance staff and a quiet, peaceful environment. It’s very walkable, lots of people out walking their pets and the pool area is always clean and comfortable. Everyone is nice without being in your business. It’s very safe with cameras on site. Great school district and close to International Paper.
Water goes out once or twice a month. Absolutely ridiculous and the HOA acts like this is a 5 star complex. Update 8/2021: water goes out about 3-4 times a month lately with no warning. Update 8/24: water still goes out 3 times a month. LOL
