Safe community! Background checks are done on every person who buys and anyone who rents. Clean, well cared for. The new HOA is very responsive to the community they serve. The HOA includes lawn, water, sewer, trash, cable, clubhouse, & pool. Some of the negative reviews were from rental tenants who didn’t follow the rules. So far what I have seen I am ready to move in and get settled and get to know my my new neighbors and make friends
Hoa fee is too high here they profit almost all of the fee here the only things are electric trash lawn and maintenance maintenance guy just picks up trash so don't need him I could hire a company to mow lawn here for probably 300 400 so I am almost paying for everything myself
