I’m writing this based on my own experience and the past few months of being a tenant here. The first few weeks moving and living here was fine, but I soon noticed loud noises coming from the units adjacent and above mine. A water pipe (which for some reason is above my bedroom) makes a loud, flushing sound every time the upstairs neighbors would use it.
