Last night at 11:45 PM, I observed a suspicious individual with a backpack lurking in the shadows. He spent 30 minutes moving slowly, covering only one or two blocks along Poplar Drive. I eventually approached him and asked what he was doing and where he was heading. He refused to state his destination, claimed he was simply walking, and made an obscene gesture at me. Notably, he was loitering directly in an area marked by recent gang graffiti.

was astonished of the rudeness of a person named Rose who twice locked me out because I went out to smoke after hours everyone else treated me with love and respect as I was vistiting my dying mother . she blatantly locked me out knowing this . this person seemed like a very miserable individual .unsmiling unhelpfull very un caring I'm schocked !
