I love fountain plaza and staff nothing against them at all however very angry guy above me apt 344 for his water leak dripping from my ceiling hearing water running hitting bathtub today's date july19 at 21.45 he has very bad leak I don't like my upstairs neighbor one bit from apt 334 I never like him his goofy ways I'm co.plaing about this issue not solved now not only damage bathroom ceiling wood so very wet rotting soon grow mold or wood fall through please talk him about this or find solution this getting ridiculous I'm... read more
I have enjoyed living here mainly because of how quiet it is. There is a lot of construction near by, but the are respectful as far as hours they make noise. The water is shut off a lot but they always let us know and are apologetic. It is an older complex so it's only normal to have problems w leaks and such. I have never seen one cockroach or bed bug here which is very important to me. I love it here!
I just moved into these apartments and i really like it. It's so quiet. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The ladies in the office were so professional/ friendly.
