I met Emily the leasing manager and saw her interact with possible tenant and she was very informative and great customer service… the prices are affordable and the area is very nice

Where to start I’m all for freedom of speech. However there is a man here with a trump sign in his window. Highly divisive sign and all the office says is free speech. I have asked them to see if all political signs can be banned they say no. My decision than as a resident is to leave as the sign is highly sickening and emotional bating one way or the other the election is over. I want to give a huge thank you to Luz Pena in the apartment office who helped me. From the very beginning, she was so kind, understanding, and supportive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond like she did. Because of her, my experience here has been nothing but positive. Truly outstanding customer service!
I love fountain plaza and staff alot my only complaint guy in apartment 334 made lots noise on December 30th as soon fell sleep then another leak coming from his apartment leaking on bathroom ceiling very angry and disturb his behavior un acceptable some of us work early in morning. It bothers me lot please address this him..thank u otherwise I love it here in fountain plaza.
