I broke my elbow and needed home health care. Everyone who stepped into my place, were professional, kind, informative, and most importantly encouraging. Cody, Nurse, helped me to understand some of my meds; Melissa, Physical Therapist, worked on my balance, and Marissa, Occupational Therapist, helped with my elbow. Now, I should be able to be discharged to begin outpatient therapy. I highly recommend Fountain Park Home Care for all of your home care needs.
