Had the opportunity to do a 30 min float and a 30 min Sonica Sound Therapy yesterday, and oh boy it was wonderful! It’s amazing how you can truly shut off the thoughts while you’re floating and just be, be still, be quiet, just be. It was simply amazing, and 30 mins went by super fast. I had the worst ear ache I've ever had. I went to Rochelle to try massage to try and ease the pain. I helped, but Rochelle and Nick suggested I try 'Up Your Nose'. The stuff worked like a charm. Nick showed me how to use it and I used it several times a day for 3 days, and all traces of ear achiness went away. About a week late the other ear began to hurt so I took Up Your Nose again and it took care of it! Just got an amazing massage from Joanna, she fixed all my trouble spots and gave me some stretches to do at home. Followed by a session in the dream float pod, leaving fellong light, relaxed and stree free!!
Rochelle is truly gifted. Her loving healing hands are amazing. She knows exactly what your needs are as you walk in the door.
