Would give it 0 stars if I could. Got quoted a price for my stuff. Was told I was “locked in” at this rate and price would only go up if I added more. Pay $1,500 in deposit. On the day of the move the movers informed me that I was actually under quoted and that it will cost more to move my items. Tell me why they told me it will cost DOUBLE then that I was quoted and signed the contract for. DO NOT USE COASTAL MOVING SERVICES!! They will take your deposit and not show up. We waited 6 hours for them to show up and nothing. When I tried to reschedule, I got rudest, condescending customer service person possible. I finally gave up and canceled my move but of course, I WILL NOT be refunded my deposit. These are borderline scammers if not criminal! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!

When i showed the dispatcher dana got me right on in after cleared. She got me good help ect…if you come to savannah go take it to coastal moving….
