Horrible customer service I canceled in less than 72 hours they are cheap for a reason
By far one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They gave me a quote on the phone which included everything that needed to be moved. After putting down a depot of $2,000, you would expect that to be the final price…. Not only do they come in 4 hours late, they come into my house and demand more money because apparently they needed a “bugger truck”. Awful people. Rude as all could be and the lady who answered the phone couldn't have been in a worse mood. if i could give 0 stars, i would 100 times over. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Do not use this company for a your military move. If transportation at Hunter or Stewart books you with this company try to have it changed ASAP. They need more training on how to properly pack. Just careless with your belongings.
