I've had my fountain and light kit for 12 years and still love it. I had trouble with the lights last fall. I thought it was the transformer and my wife spoke with Mike to order a replacement. He had a used one that he tested and it worked so he sent it to me. I tried it and the lights didn't work. It ended up being a prong on the light side of the transformer was loose so she ordered a new 24v light kit. UPDATE May 2022: Fountain Mountain is awesome all around! I've had my fountain since 2019 and absolutely love it. Went to put it in this year and 1 of my lights was not working (a old light kit they used to sell). I called FM and spoke to Carl. He took the info and said he'd call me back. He called within 15 min and said he found some of the old lights. Gave me a very reasonable price, and shipped them that day. I recieved them 3 days later and I'm back enjoying my fountain. It’s not too often I come across a business as well-established as this one. They knew exactly what they were talking about and offered instructions to solve the problem I was having. The owner is almost always available to talk any time I call and answer any questions I have. They offer prices hard to beat, I highly recommend them. Love my pond now, thanks.

My wife and I have a spring fed pond behind our house. After lots of research and phone calls, the folks at Fountain Mountain were/are so knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a set from them about a year ago, pump, lights and timer, etc. We absolutely love it and so does anyone who views it.
