Horrible Reception. Inefficiency and waiting times is one thing, and I see other reviews talking about the clinic’s own challenges, but none of that excuses horrible behaviour on the receptionists half. It’s beyond me how there is someone with zero social skills who mumbles through all their words be at such a front facing role at a clinic. Avoid at all costs. Not worth your time.
Dear Management , I would like to raise a concern regarding my experience with Dr. Zaki Sadek. I requested an X-ray for my feet and provided documentation from my podiatrist confirming a medical condition. Although Dr. Sadek initially agreed, no referral was made. I then had to book a second appointment, during which he stated that he wanted to speak with the specialist and would call me back in same Friday . No follow-up was provided. Dr. Sadik is a terrible doctor I have ever had. If you do not want to waste your time and risk your life, go find another doctor.(December 2025)
Dr Kassam can be kind when she wants to be however, when I went to see her for a visit I simply asked a question about another health issue and she stated “if it’s quick because you’re seeing me for (this issue)”. I understand we all have bad days and we are all human but can you imagine how I felt? Like am I supposed to book another appointment for a week or two and ask that question? 1. No one answers the phone. 2. Cannot book online because my doctor's name is not on their doctor's list. 3. Clinic is rundown; and receptionist causes misunderstanding and has no effort to rectify it. (December 2025)
