My father stayed here due to trachea, vent and dialysis. Came to visit ac in room was broken. He smelled awful. The night after visiting respiratory suctioned him to hard per the hospital he was taken to cause he was bleeding so bad they was alarmed and it took them 3 hrs to get him clean. He was only at this facility for like 9 days. Must of been skipping every bath. They sent him to hospital but did not send his belongings not sure why not it took most the day for them to send him.
I appreciate all the care my brother received at Fountain Manor. Thanks to the management and staff. Excellent service, thank you.
