Once you can find someone in the office, they are helpful. However, getting a response and setting an appointment has been a nightmare. Faulty charger not replaced for 3 weeks. Left at least 5 voice mail messages requesting a call back and nothing but crickets for days. Trying to serve 2 States on opposite coasts isn't the best business model.
I can't say enough good things about Martin Case, he's the best!
He sincerely cares his patients i can vouch on it. I am glad i met Dr Martin Case fortunately, we discussed few topics related to his treatment methods the conversation is incredible. Such a nice person he is. He has lot of passion and knowledge on his subject and willing to serve his patients.
