We are extremely pleased with our glass shower enclosure. From start to finish, Fountain Glass facilitated a seamless process. It's refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in their work, and this commitment is evident in the results.
Shower doors were ordered through our contractor from Fountain Glass. Fountain was amazing to work with. Julie was able to talk through logistics of how my configuration should be set up in regard to where the shower head and toilet were located and how the door should swing(which saved me from disaster if I had done it the way I originally considered). We had a wonderful experience with Fountain Glass when we were finishing our basement. They were great communicators and made sure to meet our build schedule. The installer expertly installed the glass for some cabinets and shower. He was kind, quick and cleaned up after. The cherry on top was the price. They were by far the best quote. I’m really pleased and would recommend.
Turnaround time was quick and the door is nice but I was very disappointed that it is their policy to not repair tile that was cracked and damaged in my shower because of their installation. Beware of what you sign in the contract.......I think this is really poor customer service.
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I had to call multiple times to schedule an appointment. Then, after two weeks, finally they sent someone to measure. The sales associate Stephanie was very rude. I Don’t recommend this place to anyone!
