The staff at the new Fountain County Health Department. They are ALL-STARS. Always answers or responds to phone calls in a timely manner. Friendly smiling faces. Thank you for all you do for our community.
I have been here three times in the last year for a Covid test. It was easy to schedule and the staff is efficient and polite. I have to imagine they are incredibly stressed given the last 21 months. I appreciate the work they do for the community and are still holding on to a good attitude while soldiering through.
They never answer the phone and it takes months for them to call you back.
