Friendly people and appreciate the ‘bring a friend’ week.
I live out of state but visit Kansas City fairly frequently to see one of my best friends from college. She is a member at this gym and it has become a staple for her fitness. About a year ago I decided to try it and tried to put aside all of the cross fit stereotypes that can intimidate people into trying it. This is the best gym in KC, with the best most supportive people who genuinely want to succeed. No matter what your goal is, they’ll help you get to it. I always say, it’s like working out in your neighbor’s garage with a bunch of your friends (and who doesn’t want their workouts to be more fun?). I started 2026 with a goal to get just one pull-up. I’ve now done 29!! Coming to FCF will not only get you to your goals, but you’ll have the most fun along the way.
I have been going to Fountain City Fitness (FCF) for over 4 years. FCF caters to all levels of fitness and skill level. The community of people that attend this gym is incredible; everyone is supportive and encouraging no matter what your skill level. The coaches are great at knowing your goals and helping you reach them.
