Wouldn't recommend going in the afternoon. Unless you're OK with zoom meeting with counselor. Got a second opinion elsewhere. Maybe in person is best for me but I wasn't informed when making appointment it would be a zoom meeting in office. Not a fan of telehealth in general unless you have no other option.
It is an outdated theory they follow and the diagnosis follows you around your entire life.
