Very difficult to get in touch with anyone I have worked with through Fountain Centers over multiple months time. When I requested copies of documents, they were hesitant to provide the documents and failed to do so up-front after my meeting with a counselor from this business. I was told I would recieve a call back the next day to see if they were allowed to provide me with documents on my case. I have called on May 20th with no call back. June 2nd with no call back, and June 9th I was able to get ahold of front desk staff ... read more
